CTS Brokers, LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want any shipper, carrier or job applicant to be able to reach us and do business with us.
Scope
This statement applies to the CTS Brokers website at ctsbrokers.com, including every page listed in the site navigation.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard has been met, but some parts have not yet been fully verified. The known gaps are listed below.
What has been done
The site has been reviewed and updated to include text alternatives for images, a programmatic label on every form field, a visible keyboard focus indicator, a skip-to-content link, a main landmark on each page, color contrast meeting AA thresholds, content that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel width, a control to pause the moving slideshow on the home page, and a mobile menu that announces whether it is open or closed.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on them:
- Screen reader testing is not yet complete. The site has been checked against the accessibility information that screen readers use, but has not yet been tested end to end with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver.
- Some images contain text that cannot be resized separately from the image. Alternative text is provided for each of them.
- Our forms are delivered by a third-party service. The confirmation pages that service displays are outside our control.
Assessment
CTS Brokers assessed this site by self-evaluation, using automated testing with axe-core and a manual review of keyboard navigation, page structure and content reflow. This statement was last reviewed on September 2, 2026.
