Privacy Policy
This explains what CTS Brokers, LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, where it goes and how to ask us to delete it. It covers the website only.

What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form and send us. Nothing on this site collects information in the background.
- Request a quote — name, company, email, phone, origin, destination, service needed, pickup date and your description of the freight.
- Carrier registration — first and last name, company, email, phone, DOT or MC/MX number, preferred lanes, equipment type, years in business, any notes, and a certificate of insurance if you choose to attach one.
- Carrier availability — company, DOT or MC number, email, phone, and the lanes and equipment you have available.
- Job application — full name, email, phone, position of interest, city and state, years of experience, anything you tell us about yourself, and a resume if you choose to attach one.
- Contact form — name, email, subject and message.
- Mailing list — your email address, and nothing else.
Why we collect it
To answer the enquiry you sent. Quote requests are used to price and cover your freight, carrier registrations to set you up to haul for us and to verify your authority and insurance, job applications to consider you for the role, and mailing list addresses to send company news you asked for. We do not use any of it for automated decision-making.
How it reaches us
Every form on this site is delivered by a form-forwarding service, FormSubmit, which passes the contents to our operations@ctsbrokers.com mailbox. Your submission passes through their systems on the way to us and is subject to their handling as well as ours. We do not keep a database of submissions on this website; there is no login, no account and no stored profile.
Files you send us
Resumes and certificates of insurance are optional. If you attach one it arrives in our mailbox as an email attachment and is handled the same way as the rest of your message. If you would rather not upload a file through the website, call us and we will tell you where to send it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Other companies involved
Two, both named so you can check them yourself:
- FormSubmit delivers the forms, as described above.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading a font from Google means your browser contacts Google’s servers, and your IP address is visible to them in that request. No cookie is set by it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and after that for as long as our business and record-keeping obligations require. Mailing list addresses are kept until you ask to come off the list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only where it is needed to move your freight or complete your setup — for example with a carrier or a shipper on your load — or where we are required to by law.
Asking us to correct or delete your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email operations@ctsbrokers.com or call 888-480-4292 and tell us what you would like done. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to these things; we will honour the request either way.
To come off the mailing list, use the unsubscribe link on any message we send, or email us and we will remove you.
Children
This is a commercial freight site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
